The Quality Assurance Tester will work as part of a team responsible for testing a variety of internal and third-party applications needed to support the business such as billing and point of sale systems and mobile applications. This role will participate in the requirements analysis process to ensure validation and verification, creation and execution of tests based on system requirements and user journeys. Responsible for maintaining a repository of test artifacts to enable demonstration of system and component compliance and create clear and meaningful defect/incident reports while assisting the team in defect resolution. Working closely with vendors, business analysts, and project teams, the position will focus on implementing QA processes to reduce effort and increase efficiency and ensure all issues are identified, logged, and resolved effectively.
The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver and planner who demonstrates a high level of autonomy, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, capability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities, and maintains structure and organization in daily work activities.
