Quality Assurance Specialist

Location – Mississauga, ON

Your role within the team:

The Quality Assurance Professional reports to the project Quality Assurance Manager. Working in a team environment, she/he participates in:

  • Reviewing project management/engineering documents to ensure QA requirements are adequately identified and applicable procedures are followed.
  • Assisting project staff with their QA inquiries.
  • Providing support to the Non-Conformance and Corrective Action processes – maintaining a database of non-conformances and opportunities to improve.
  • Maintaining regular reporting on quality performance; trending issues.
  • Conducting audits and self-assessments and identifying conditions adverse to quality and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participating in cause analysis when assigned.Other tasks as assigned by the project QA Manager.
