Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance efforts throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring quality is embedded from design through to production, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality planning activities for new product launches and process improvements
  • Integrate quality standards into design, development, and manufacturing stages
  • Collaborate across departments to align on quality goals and requirements
  • Implement and oversee advanced quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively address potential product or process failures
  • Ensure compliance with customer, internal, and regulatory quality standards
  • Support internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
  • Quality certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable quality frameworks
  • 5–7 years of quality engineering or management experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
