Wednesday- Friday/ Saturday 5:30 pm- 6:00 am (Full-Time)
Pay range:
$23.85/hour + $1.50 Shift Differential

ABOUT THE JOB
* Sanitize tanks and equipment to ensure company food quality and food safety standards are maintained.
* Locate necessary ingredients in inventory and transport to syrup room for mixing. Blend syrup ingredients according to established standards and procedures.
* Utilize laboratory test equipment and apparatus to perform product quality tests on control drinks and finished product, inspect raw material, and to perform bacteriology, CO2 and HPLC testing
* Perform production line set-up and monitor the process; Troubleshoot and record problems
* Comply with all personal safety, food safety, good manufacturing procedures (GMP) and sanitation regulations.
* Must complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will experience in batching and blending. As well as experience as a lab technician. Must be able to use a computer and scanner. Read, write, and communicate in English. Must exhibit ability and desire to work within a team but can work alone. Works with minimal supervision, be a self-starter who leads by example, and be dependable. Ability to prioritize and plan work activities under pressure. Must be able to work in temperatures of 60 - 90 degrees or more. Must be able to work overtime, during peak production periods. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
