Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier quality compliance, audits & improvement actions


• Handle incoming material inspection, CofA/CofC reviews & discrepancy follow-ups


• Manage lab compliance (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, Prop65) & equipment calibration


• Analyze test data, issue reports & lead product cleanliness projects


• Drive Cost-of-Poor-Quality initiatives with supply chain


• Reject defective incoming material


• Disposition of nonconforming products

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

• Company transport to and fro Admiralty MRT station

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with minimum 5 yrs in relevant industry


• Knowledge of mechanical/chemical testing, SPC tools & Minitab


• Able to interpret analytical reports (GCMS, FTIR, IC, SEM/EDX, Microscope, Tensile, etc.)


• Proficient in MS Office


• Hands-on, self-driven, able to work independently under pressure
