Job description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as a Quality Assurance Developer with a diverse, multidisciplinary, passionate and globally distributed team. As the guarantor of the quality of the services and domains held by your team, you will maintain and improve the quality strategy in place. You will be responsible for the design, implementation and execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and rapid problem identification. • Develop and expand our automated test suite, including non-regression, integration and performance tests.
• Configure and manage test environments to ensure efficient and reliable results.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the relevance and effectiveness of CONFORMiT tests at all levels, to optimize test coverage and avoid redundancy.
• Work closely with development and product teams to plan and prepare tests for new features.
• Monitor and report test results accurately.
• Propose new ideas and keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
• Provide a rapid feedback loop using test parallelization strategies.

Your profile

Required Qualifications

• Solid programming experience in one or more languages, such as C#, Java, JavaScript and Python.
• Mastery of test automation tools for user interfaces (UI) and application programming interfaces (API) such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, k6, or equivalent.
• Experience using Docker and containerized architectures.
• Excellent communication skills

Required Skills and Abilities

• Quality assurance certification, such as ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent.
• Experience in test data creation and management.
• Expertise in setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent.
