Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound, return and assembly/packaging inspections.
• Provide lie clearance for labelling and packaging projects.
• Perform release in the system based on customer requirements.
• Support sampling and site retention programs per client instructions on site.
• Maintain quality logs for inbound, retains, return, training etc.
• Reviews calibration and maintenance records.
• Perform regular GMP checks in the facility and report issues.
• Record and report on the outcomes of the quality audits to the Supervisor.
• Participate in writing and maintaining Client Specifications following quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure staff are working in compliance with client expectations.
• Provide recommendations for process improvement to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Assist with the preparation of external quality audits.
• Assist in creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication within the facility as well as fostering teamwork within the operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• a team that is responsible of product care and training within the distribution center.
• Responsible for total quality across all shifts, areas, and processes.
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively.
