Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance and Program Innovation, the Quality Assurance Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager of Quality Assurance and Program Innovation. The Clerk coordinates the day-to-day duties, inquiries, correspondence, scheduling, and planning related to Quality Assurance processes and activities, with a focus on accuracy, detail, and organization. The clerk will contribute to the university’s commitment to continuous improvement and quality in academic programming by supporting activities aligned with the Ontario Universities Quality Assurance Framework.
