Qualifications

You Will…

• Analyze project business requirements; use Case, & solution designs for assigned projects.
• Identify technology documentation, process, and policy gaps.
• Identify technology impact of project and requirements for the test environment.
• Lead, plan, organize and control tests and quality assurance strategies for assigned projects.
• Manage quality risks.
• Detect defects in compliance with project requirements.
• Certifies project, project deliverable and quality compliance.
• Recommend tools improvements or upgrades, as well as improvements to optimize results.
• Monitor forecasts and actual usage of QA lab facilities and tools.
• Provide timely identification of potential bottlenecks.
• Plan and organize the maintenance and support of lab facilities and tools.
• Recommend facility and tool upgrades as required to meet business needs.
• Manage implementation of new tools and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems and Technology related specialties
• Software Testing Certification
• Automated Testing Certification
• Web application load and vulnerability testing methods
• Office tool proficiency, including – MS Project, Test Director, MS Access, MS Office, MS Visio
• Utilize Case interpretation.
• 2 years Quality Assurance Tester experience with working knowledge of automated testing tools, programming language & technology platform capabilities
• 2 years Systems testing tools experience, including performance testing and root cause analysis
• Participant in the System Development project team and working knowledge of the Development Life Cycle.
• 1 year of QA Methodology
