Position Summary
Our company is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to help build, test, and deliver our cyber security solutions. You will join a team that is responsible for the overall quality of our product solutions and, in turn, protect our company's brand reputation. In this role you will help maintain the company ́s culture while impacting the trajectory of an ambitious tech startup. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Understand our product requirements and create well-defined test cases and test plans.
  2. Organize and maintain our test case repository.
  3. Execute tests at all levels (API, UI, E2E) on new developments, and for product releases.
  4. Write clear and concise bug reports and advocate for quality improvements.
  5. Work closely with engineering teams, product management and security services to improve overall product quality.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. A proven team player who's eager to learn and grow, and has exceptional attention to detail.
  2. Strong understanding of test methodologies, test types, and test management.
  3. Excellent creative problem-solving skills and communication ability.
  4. Keen interest in test automation, supporting the development and execution of automated tests.

Education & Experience

  1. 2+ years of experience as a Test Engineer, Software Tester or in related roles, preferably in the cyber-related field.
  2. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle, agile development principles and practices.
  3. Experience executing and debugging API tests with software tools (Postman, Swagger, curl, etc.).
  4. Experience writing SQL to query databases.
  5. Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr).
  6. Experience with DNS, computer networking and cyber security knowledge.
  7. Experience with security testing and load testing.
  8. Experience with micro-services architectures and cloud infrastructure.
  9. Experience developing test automation, adding new test cases or extending test libraries.
  10. Experience managing virtual machines and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure, DevOps).
