Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

Support quality and regulatory departments in all aspects of quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance activities. Develop, reorganize, implement, and maintain ISO 9000-compliant quality and safety management systems. Train employees on ISO 9001 procedures, monitor performance through feedback loops, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate internal documentation, reports, and records. Collaborate with teams to develop risk assessments and corrective actions, ensuring successful completion of the ISO 9001 certification process by the end of December 2025.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Liaise with shift workers to identify needs, delegate tasks, and gather feedback.
• Coordinate manufacturing operations for efficient workflow and communication.
• Support production by updating work orders, tracking progress, and recording logs.
• Develop marketing materials such as product brochures and social media content.
• Monitor inventory and support procurement through team coordination.
• Manage shipping operations, including quoting, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Assist with purchasing, administrative tasks, and front desk duties.
• Ensure experience with quality control and management systems, including ISO 9001 and quality inspections.
• Read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
• Conduct quality audits and assurance activities.
• Require 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device or manufacturing industry.
• Industrial or manufacturing experience with full cycle quality management.
• Ability to generate G-code for machine design initiatives.
• Skills in developing and maintaining standardized costing formats.

Job Type & Location
