Job summary

GoodMorning.com is seeking a Supply Chain Quality and Compliance Analyst in Canada to safeguard quality and regulatory alignment across our supplier network. You will audit materials, drive CAPA initiatives, and promote continuous improvement to protect brand integrity.

You will collaborate with suppliers, manage quality data, and support audits while building robust QA processes across our fast-moving supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, SCM, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance, or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of QA protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Certifications in ISO, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain QA processes across the supply chain.
  • Perform inspections, audits, and tests on materials and products.
  • Monitor suppliers for quality compliance.
  • Investigate quality issues and non-conformities.
  • Report quality metrics and CAPA results.
  • Develop CAPA plans to mitigate risks.
  • Train teams and suppliers on quality standards.
  • Prepare documentation for audits.

About The Role

Ready to champion quality and compliance across an agile, fast-moving supply chain? As a Supply Chain Quality and Compliance Analyst at GoodMorning.com, you will serve as the crucial link between regulatory standards, vendor accountability, and product perfection. You will audit incoming materials, resolve non-conformities, drive CAPA initiatives, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our network. Your work will directly protect our brand reputation, minimize operational risk, and ensure our customers receive nothing short of the best.

What You'll Do
Quality Assurance and Control
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes across the supply chain.
  • Perform inspections, audits, and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and final goods as needed.
  • Monitor suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues or non-conformities.
  • Report and monitor quality metrics related to supplier and product performance
Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, certifications, and standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure processes align with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections.
Supplier And Vendor Management
  • Assess and approve new suppliers based on quality and compliance standards.
  • Conduct vendor self assessment analysis to ensure adherence to contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee management and resolution of customer complaints related to quality, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality or compliance issues.
Risk Management
  • Identify risks related to product quality, safety, and compliance in the supply chain.
  • Implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and trends.
Process Improvement
  • Develop and revise quality policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and organizational objectives.
  • Implement and maintain an up-to-date quality management system.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
  • Train internal teams and suppliers on quality and compliance standards.
Documentation And Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality audits, tests, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting quality performance and compliance status.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to supply chain and logistics.
  • Certifications in quality assurance methodologies such as ISO standards, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
