Job summary

Airbus Atlantique Canada Inc. in Mirabel seeks an Operations Quality Analyst to analyze non-conformities and support targeted actions on A220 and G7500 lines, developing robust control plans and reporting progress.

You will need a technical DEC or equivalent aeronautical quality experience, 5+ years of in-field experience, and bilingual French/English. EN/AS9100 familiarity and project management skills will help drive continuous improvements in a high-precision production environment.

Qualifications

  • Possess a technical DEC or relevant aeronautical quality experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Familiar with quality problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5Why, PPSMax).
  • Familiar with manufacturing and assembly methods for aeronautical structures.
  • Bilingual French/English.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient with Office Suite.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt is an asset.
  • Familiar with EN/AS9100 standard.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of quality reviews with operations.
  • Organize inspections on A220 and G7500 production lines with a robust control plan.
  • Monitor progress of corrective actions on non-conforming products.
  • Ensure visibility of actions via PowerPoint and reports.
  • Communicate with clients regarding non-quality issues.
  • Analyze and process customer complaints on assembly anomalies.
  • Investigate accountability of raised anomalies.
  • Support Airbus/Bombardier during technical analyses related to non-quality.
  • Lead client returns, derogations, and convergence plans.
  • Participate in quality initiatives (Quality Box, line-side workshops, AQP/AQL).
  • Comply with quality management system processes.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve objectives.

Job Summary

The Operations Quality Analyst must ensure the analysis of non-conformities in the factory, of Human, Technical and Supplier nature to provide clear visibility and allow operations to take targeted actions.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation of quality reviews with operations
  • Organize inspections of the A220 and G7500 production lines with the development and update of a robust control plan and discuss with the operations quality teams to implement it
  • Monitor the progress of corrective actions on non-conforming products via non-quality convergence plans
  • Ensure visibility of the various ongoing actions (PowerPoint presentation)
  • Ensure good communication with the client for the management of exported Non-Quality
  • Analyze and process customer complaints concerning assembly anomalies identified by the customer on their site
  • Investigate the accountability of the anomalies raised
  • Support the Airbus/Bombardier client during technical analysis related to non-quality or during improvement activities
  • Lead Client Returns, Derogations, DL, etc. convergence plans
  • Participate in the implementation of quality approaches such as the establishment of the Quality Box, line-side workshops, AQP/AQL approaches
  • Comply with quality management system processes
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve objectives
REQUIRED PROFILE
  • Possess a technical DEC or relevant experience in aeronautical Quality.
  • Have 5 years of relevant technical experience
  • Be familiar with quality problem-solving methods
  • Be familiar with the manufacturing methods of the different parts used in the assembly of aeronautical structures
  • Know the assembly methods used in the aeronautical sector
  • Be bilingual French/English
  • Have project management skills
  • Master the Office Suite
  • Possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset
  • Be familiar with the EN/AS9100 standard
  • Strong problem-solving ability (5Why, PPSMax, 8D...)
