Job Title: Social Worker – Hospital Discharge Team
Location: Halton
Rate: £33.30

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Hospital Discharge Team based in Halton.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will be responsible for a caseload of more complex cases, providing advice to other social workers in relation to their cases. You will provide casework supervision to other social workers in the team and may also supervise students, trainees, less experienced professional team members, support staff, and volunteers. Participating in the planning and reviewing of cases is essential. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK licence, have post-qualified experience, and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
