Job summary

Pacer Group seeks a skilled professional to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. You will create dynamic, personalized communications across print, email, SMS, and digital channels to meet business needs.

You will configure templates and workflows, collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and support modernization and digital transformation by delivering scalable, compliant document generation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform.
• Develop dynamic, personalized, and high-volume customer communications across print, email, SMS, and digital channels.
• Configure and enhance Quadient Inspire templates, workflows, and document composition processes to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise customer communication management (CCM) solutions.
• Support enterprise communication modernization and digital transformation initiatives by implementing scalable, efficient, and compliant document generation solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support for Quadient Inspire applications.
