Job summary

Oerlikon Group in Fort Saskatchewan seeks a QESH Manager to lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives across our site. You will shape policies, mentor teams, and partner with Operations, HR and Engineering to sustain excellence.

With 15+ years in manufacturing and 10+ years in leadership, you will drive ISO 9001, ISO 45001, NADCAP, AS9100 compliance, oversee analytical labs, and champion continuous improvement while building a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree required.
• 15+ years in manufacturing; 10+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading HSE programs, Quality systems and Analytical labs.
• Strong communication, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for Quality & EHS teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, NADCAP, AS9100, AS13100 and corporate QESH standards.
• Strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
