Job summary
Acestack is seeking a Full Time QE with CC Tools & Tech to join our Toronto team. Hybrid 4 days/week. You will design and execute automation for Contact Center platforms, develop IVR/routing automation, and validate UI/API automation using Selenium, Postman, or Karate.
You will lead automation efforts, maintain Java-based frameworks, and collaborate across Dev, QA, and CC teams. The role requires hands-on experience with Cyara or Hammer, Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scaled Agile
Qualifications
- Experience testing Contact Center platforms.
- Hands-on IVR/Routing automation experience.
- UI and API automation testing experience.
- Proficiency with Selenium or similar tools.
- Strong Java fundamentals used in automation.
- Familiarity with Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IntelliJ/Eclipse.
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments.

- Design and execute automation testing for Contact Center platforms
- Develop IVR and routing automation using Cyara, Hammer, or similar tools
- Perform UI and API automation testing using Selenium, Postman, Karate, or similar tools
- Automate Agent Desktop testing and validation
- Develop and maintain Java-based automation frameworks
- Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases and enhancements
- Support ongoing application testing and production activities
- Collaborate with development, QA, and Contact Center teams
- Track defects and testing activities using JIRA
- Maintain automation code using Bitbucket/Git
- Work within a structured Scaled Agile environment
- Strong Contact Center platform testing experience
- Hands-on IVR/Routing automation experience
- Cyara or Hammer experience
