  • Define scope, timelines, resource requirements, and testing objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and guide UAT testing teams.
  • Assign test cases, monitor execution progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide guidance on testing best practices and issue resolution.
  • Oversee test case creation, execution, documentation, and evidence collection.
  • Validate that systems meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, prioritize, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Communicate testing status, risks, dependencies, blockers, and progress to leadership.
  • Manage expectations and coordinate effectively with business users.
  • Facilitate business sign-off and go/no-go decisions.
  • Document lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain testing documentation, metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
