About The Role

The Quality Control Supervisor’s role is to perform and coordinate the quality control / assurance functions in the Precast division, including all processes required to plan and execute work, as well as to oversee and audit the quality of manufactured precast products. The incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining the precast quality assurance program across all operations.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Supervise Q / C technicians in testing and checks.
  • Review and update the CSA / PCI / CPCI Quality Manual System and conduct audits.
  • Oversee testing capabilities, including personnel and equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to the Quality Assurance program.
  • Analyze product test data and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations related to quality control.
  • Develop or review technical and performance specifications, quality standards, sampling plans, inspection procedures, and monitor costs for R&D projects.
  • Promote a culture of safety, communicate, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.

What We’re Looking For

Education: CET, P.Eng, or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Experience: 2-5 years in relevant field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.

Travel: Approx. 5%.

Additional Requirements

  • Audit and measure compliance.
  • Review receiving inspections of materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Review certificates of compliance or test reports for validity.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use of PPE, including proper fit for respirators.
