JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will be responsible for quality control and all shipping and receiving of items and goods to and from the shop.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in quality control of machined parts.
  • Ability to work proficiently within systems to record/track receivables and material transfers within inventory and quality assurance systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office to enable competency in all aspects of day-to-day operations involving Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must always operate all Citadel/Opla equipment in a safe and professional manner.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment in a fast-paced and highly energetic workplace.
  • Candidates must always conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner and have the commitment to adhere to Citadel/Opla’s core values.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure Quality Control of received goods according to Citadel/Opla’s policies and procedures.
  • Identify and report all nonconformities to specified requirements.
  • Create and maintain various formal quality management documents according to API Q1.
  • Work with vendors on obtaining all necessary QC documents.
  • Make entries to Inventory System and Quality System software.
  • Support in QA/QC process improvements.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving all materials and equipment, ensuring proper paperwork and documentation.
  • Ensure equipment is received in proper condition.
  • Operate forklift for loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing equipment for shipment and coordinate transportation with operations and purchasing.
  • Follow all Opla policies and procedures, including safety training.
  • Be on call as required.
