Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with ABSA A.I. for all pressure vessel and heat exchanger Scope of Work (SOW).
• Inspecting hydro-tested vessels and performing regular inspections of module assemblies.
• Ensuring layout, dimensions, and materials conform to approved drawings and specifications.

Job description

3 Months Training in Edmonton, followed by Fly IN/OUT rotations to Ft. McMurray on a 14/7 schedule. This is a 2-year project, after which you will return to work in Edmonton.

Experience

• At least 3 years of inspection experience in manufacturing pressure vessels, pressure piping, and structural components.
• Responsible for coordinating with ABSA A.I. for all pressure vessel and heat exchanger Scope of Work (SOW).
• Inspecting hydro-tested vessels.
• Performing regular inspections of module assemblies concerning P&IDs.
• Inspecting pressure vessels, piping, skids, platforms, ladders, pipe racks, structural components, vessel internals, and attachments.
• Checking layout, dimensions, and materials for conformance to approved drawings and specifications.
• Marking vessels and piping for Non-Destructive Examination (NDE).
