Responsibilities:
- Follow company policies, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct daily inspection of manufactured items, review shop drawings, and coordinate with NDE personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure weld mapping, material traceability, and witness Hydrostatic Tests.
- Support and drive the overall company safety program and awareness.
- Maintain records and archives (electronic and paper filed).
Physical Demands:
- Sit for long periods, occasionally stand and/or walk.
- Work in various environments, including office, shop, and potential field visits requiring travel.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience with ASME, CSA, CWB, and API.
- CSA W178.2 Level 2 (ASME Section V111 and IX or B31.3).
- Minimum five years experience in the manufacture of Oil and Gas producing/pressure equipment.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, BlueBeam Revu, and other software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
