About The Role

We're seeking a QA Test Developer passionate about software quality to enhance our platform's reliability. You will design and develop automated test frameworks, collaborate with developers and product managers, and write and execute automated scripts for web and mobile applications, directly impacting our product performance and quality.

Your Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using WebdriverIO.
2. Write and execute test scripts for web and mobile apps.
3. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
4. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development teams.
5. Debug issues, analyze results, and provide quality feedback.
6. Identify and implement test strategies for new features.
7. Ensure best practices in test automation are followed.
8. Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure test coverage aligns with business goals.
9. Create and maintain test plans, cases, and reports.
10. Promote testability, automation, and quality throughout the SDLC.
11. Implement shift-left testing strategies to catch defects early.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation testing or software development.
• Strong experience with WebdriverIO.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Appium for iOS and Android testing.
• Experience with CI/CD integration.
• Strong debugging skills and API testing experience.
• Database and SQL skills.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of AWS and Ruby on Rails testing is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.
• ISTQB certification.
• Passion for scalable test automation solutions.
