Job summary

Responsibilities include hiring, training and coaching team members, managing staffing levels, submitting payroll-related documents, updating SOPs and providing technical QA support to the team. This full-time role is based at our Surrey location.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and audits the accuracy of departmental reports daily.
• Plans, schedules and supervises inventory cycle counts, audits and adjustments.
• Participates in daily workplace safety inspections.
• Manages area scheduling and staffing to meet workload demands.
• Interviews, hires, trains, coaches and appraises team members.
• Handles daily PTS submission, bi-weekly payroll documents and hours verification.
• Updates SOPs and distributes inventory reports to the client.
• Provides QA support to team and assists in solving inventory problems.
