Located in Toronto, PheedLoop is one of the world’s fastest-growing event technology companies.

We’re a bootstrapped company that has been profitable since day one. We’re growing quickly but sustainably and are looking for new team members that are passionate about shipping great features. • Conduct thorough regression testing for every release to ensure functionality isn’t broken.
  • Work closely with engineers and product leads to understand requirements, offer feedback, and contribute to quality improvements.
  • Validate builds in CI/CD pipelines, proactively identifying issues in staging before they go live.
  • Support system performance testing to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for escalated support tickets, working closely with the customer support team to diagnose, reproduce, and elevate issues to the development team as needed.
