Our Banking Client, one of Canada’s top 5 banks, is seeking a QA / QC Test Lead - 5 to join their CB Technology Business Group. This team oversees changes and implementations for commercial client programs. This opportunity provides exposure to cutting-edge platforms like Salesforce and nCino, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time. Must-haves include strong experience in developing test strategies, executing test plans, and proficiency with database and end-to-end testing. A solid grasp of QA methodologies and defect tracking tools is essential.
Job Role: QA / QC Test Lead - 5
Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid
Must-Have Skills:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA Testing
• Experience with Salesforce integration
• 3+ years of experience using:
• JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git
• Managing test cases and test plans using JIRA plugins such as Xray or Zephyr
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Talend (version 7 or 8)
• Exposure to nCino (particularly within financial services and automation contexts)
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform functional testing
• Salesforce certification
• Previous experience in the financial industry (FI)
Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills to work with different stakeholders across the organization and Excellent presentation skills with executives
• Ability to work as part of a team
