Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to support testing initiatives across functional, regression, and integration testing activities. The ideal candidate will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications through effective test planning, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements elaboration sessions, sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
• Design, develop, and execute functional test plans and detailed test cases based on product and business requirements
• Document, log, and track defects using management tools, ensuring issues are clearly communicated to relevant teams
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues identified during testing
