We’re looking for a seasoned and passionate QA Director to lead our internal teams and external partners across multiple product lines: NPC, NK, ConstructX, and Elevia. In this strategic role, you’ll align quality initiatives with company goals, ensuring the delivery of high-performing, reliable software.

You’ll manage and mentor a skilled and autonomous QA team, foster a culture of excellence, and oversee release processes in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Security. You’ll also manage outsourced QA relationships and contracts, ensuring alignment and performance.

Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and promote innovation in testing and automation. You’ll track KPIs, mitigate quality risks, and help shape a forward-thinking QA organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Support Product team in delivering quality product that meet and surpasses our clients' expectation in a predictable manner.
• Support our existing QA team in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end release process across all product lines, ensuring timely, high-quality deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define release criteria, manage release readiness, and coordinate go/no-go decisions.Manage our outsource partner relationship and contracts
• Support our existing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards in collaboration with our product and security teams.
• Work closely with our cross-functional teams/squads, including development, operations, and customer support.
• Oversee the overall QA strategy across all product lines, ensuring comprehensive test coverage including functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure quality and process effectiveness of the QA teams andalign testing efforts with product roadmaps and release cycles.
• Help our cross-functional teams/squads Identify and mitigate quality risks proactively.
• Mentor and train QA teams to foster a culture of excellence. Continually augments the team’s experiences and skills with the latest training, technologies, and techniques.
  
  

Requirements For The Position Include

• Proven experience in QA leadership, preferably in a multi-product environment.
• 5 years of leadership experience (direct & indirect).
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous improvement and supporting techniques.
• Experience with software automation tools.
• Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS
• Experience managing outsourced teams and vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in QA processes.
• Passion for testing and testing automation at all phases of software development, unit, integration, system, and performance.
• Willing to travel between Quebec (CA), Montreal (CA) and Manchester (USA) to visit team members.
