On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking QA Automation Developers responsible for overseeing the quality in digital service delivery, focusing on creating test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure quality in digital service delivery
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Design and implement system, load, performance, and security tests
• Manage automation for rapid and frequent delivery, including implementing and coordinating automated test suites
• Promote quality practices such as code linting, test coverage, and TDD/BDD
• Support initiatives for reusable testing components, test databases, and AI in testing
• Define and monitor metrics for service quality, including automated reporting and artifacts

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of coding and developing test automation scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• At least 4 years creating and modifying automation test scripts
• 3 years supporting automation test plans and cases
• Experience with automation testing frameworks (3 years)
• 2 years using GitHub for version control
• 3 years conducting load, performance, security, and end-to-end testing
• 1 year experience with API testing, Cucumber/Gherkin, Cypress, and gathering automation metrics
• Experience implementing QA automation standards (2 years)
• 1 year using Jira Xray for test management and participating in UAT processes

Additional Information :
