JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking experienced QA Analysts with specialized expertise in one or more Guidewire modules, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Digital Portals, Integration, or Data Conversion.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements for your area of specialization (e.g., Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital, Integration, or Conversion).
- Conduct system, functional, integration, and UAT testing to ensure full coverage of application features.
- Collaborate with development, business analysis, and project management teams to validate functionality and report defects.
- Execute data validation and backend testing using SQL and related tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Document test results and defects using tools such as JIRA and ensure proper tracking and resolution.
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and contribute to process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in one or more Guidewire modules (e.g., PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Digital, Integration, or Conversion).
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience writing and executing test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM).
- Proficiency with SQL and backend data validation techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
