QA Analyst – Loyalty Specialist

Position: Contract (1 year)

Location: Onsite-Kamloops, BC

We are hiring for an experienced QA Analyst for our exclusive client.

Responsibilities:

• Articulating functional tests, mapping traceability to user stories, execution of functional and integration tests, communication of test results, leading UAT, logging and advocating issues throughout the bug life cycle, providing direction around test approaches, providing sign-off and change management activities where necessary.

Must Haves:

• Strong working knowledge of Loyalty programs for casino systems such as the Light and Wonder suite of casino systems (CMP, SDS, EBS, etc.) is a very strong asset.
• Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure high-quality releases of loyalty platform features.
• Experience conducting comprehensive API testing with Ready API to validate backend services and ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Experience testing backend data using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accuracy across loyalty transactions and reports.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Jobs, enabling faster and more reliable deployments. Validate smooth execution on existing Daily job execution.
• Able to manage and maintain existing Loyalty automated tests and troubleshoot the failing test scenarios and communicate the root cause with Developers.
