ARTERNAL CRM (Customer Relational Management) is an up-and-coming player in the contemporary art scene's technology sector! We're seeking our first QA hire to support our engineering team. You will work directly with the development team and founders to become a product expert, impacting our customers and advocating for user experience.

Initially, you'll wear many hats to help us scale, requiring an understanding of startups and a desire to grow within a small, fast-growing company. Strong leadership skills and innovative ideas are essential, and experience in user interface improvement is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities :

1. Short-term: Focus on QA and product familiarization
2. Define and maintain test plans
3. Create test specifications for functional, regression, and performance testing
4. Reproduce issues reported by customers with clear steps
5. Verify build quality before deployment
6. Translate business requirements into test scenarios
7. Conduct service-level testing as needed

Long-term: Focus on development and process improvement

1. Learn the codebase and assist with smaller development tasks
2. Implement and maintain automated test scripts for core functions
3. Collaborate with engineering on risk assessment and mitigation
4. Contribute to shaping the QA process with suggestions and best practices
5. Assist in development after familiarization
6. Receive mentorship from the engineering team
7. Lead the QA division, automating and enhancing testing workflows

Requirements :
