Job summary

Fellow is seeking a QA Analyst to own manual QA across web, desktop, and mobile, design test plans, perform exploratory testing, and help ensure release readiness.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering, maintain automated regression tests, and expand test coverage. Use AI tools like Cursor and Claude with judgment to validate outputs and improve testing processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manual QA experience with web, desktop, and/or mobile applications.
• Experience creating, executing, debugging, and maintaining automated end-to-end regression tests.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to assess customer impact.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills under time constraints.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in QA work with judgment to verify outputs.

Responsibilities

• Join projects from inception through deployment, contributing feedback on scope, functionality, and risk.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans for Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
• Perform exploratory testing beyond documented cases to reflect real user behavior.
• Own and maintain automated end-to-end regression tests as the product evolves.
• Monitor regression suites and address flaky tests and false positives promptly.
