Corpay is currently looking to hire a QA Analyst with strong technical skills and solid backend experience within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in Toronto. In this role, you will work closely with Development and PM teams to maintain a top level of quality in software systems. You will report directly to our QA Leads and collaborate regularly with various teams. The role is primarily manual testing, focusing on functional, integration, and regression testing, with exposure to automation frameworks and object-oriented programming.

How We Work

As a QA Analyst, you will work out of our Toronto office. Corpay provides:

• Assigned workspace in Toronto
• Hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

• Refine complex stories and propose acceptance criteria
• Create QA test artifacts (Test Strategy, Test Matrix, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results) and documentation
• Execute manual and automated test cases (functional, UI, API, Integration, Regression, UAT)
• Communicate test progress and results to stakeholders and management
• Set up and install testing tools and environments
• Investigate issues found during testing or reported from production, log them into Jira, and escalate as needed
• Analyze logs, recommend improvements, and compile reports

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UI, performance, security)
• Experience in SQL queries and scripting
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Payments industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in writing test cases and scenarios
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Team player with initiative and risk awareness
