Putt Social is a brand new, next level entertainment venue that features a tech infused, interactive 9-hole mini-golf course and immersive games paired with a delicious menu and a variety of uniquely crafted drinks. This is a next generation experience for all ages!

At Putt Social, the Lead Cook is responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring the highest quality food preparation, presentation, and safety standards. As a captain of the kitchen , you’ll be leading by example, working alongside and mentoring the kitchen staff, and ensuring every dish is prepared to par . You’ll work closely with the General Manager to keep the kitchen running smoothly. The Lead Cook will keep the culinary operation on course and deliver an ace experience to our guests, even during the busiest of times.

Tee-off Targets”

• Responsible for carrying out and delegating tasks as assigned by the General Manager
• Works alongside line cooks to ensure food is prepared consistently to specifications, in a timely and efficient manner, and that standard operating procedures, proper food handling techniques, and health and safety procedures are being followed on a consistent basis
• Will be required to assist in the training and development of new employees.
• Must have a complete working knowledge of Putt Social’s menu, recipes, assembly and plating specifications.
• The organization and cleanliness will be a top priority of the lead cook, and they will ensure that their checklists and cleaning schedules are being followed during and following their shift.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Lifting of objects less than 25 lbs.
• Good time management skills, able to work in a constantly fast-paced environment and demonstrated work flexibility
• Food Handlers Certificate required or willing to obtain
• Minimum 2 years kitchen experience (preferably supervisory experience in a high-volume service environment).
