Job summary

Oxford Learning North Bay is seeking a dynamic Program Administrator for in-person support at our North Bay centre. You will help manage student learning programs and support teachers, while assisting with weekly administrative tasks and curriculum organization.

The role emphasizes a warm, welcoming learning environment, alignment with the Oxford Learning philosophy, and opportunities to grow teaching skills through ongoing training and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma required or in progress.
• Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
• Additional language(s) spoken is an asset.
• Experience working with students is an asset.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Job details:

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available.

As the Program Administrator you participate in the centre's operations, including working with multiple people from centre staff to teachers and of course, the students! You will work directly with the Education Director as a key staff member with the following responsibilities:

• establish and oversee student learning programs
• weekly administration tasks
• managing and organizing curriculum
• ensuring the centre is presentable, warm, and welcoming at all times
• ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is being maintained throughout the centre
• create a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
• effectively master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy

Education:

• Working towards, or has obtained a post-secondary degree/diploma
