Macushla Law Corporation seeks a general solicitor to support our impact-driven clients. Experience in Real Estate, Housing, Corporate, M&A, and Commercial Advisory is an asset but not required to apply.

Lead and support a broad portfolio of solicitor work for non-profit, charitable, and impact-oriented clients. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, advise on employment, and help develop policies, while collaborating with our admin team and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate/commercial solicitor practice.
• Exceptional technological and artificial intelligence competency.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and file management skills.
• Exceptional client management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $142,824 - $166,628+
• 3 weeks vacation, plus bonus vacation entitlement
• Origination bonus (10% of originated collections, paid quarterly)
• Firm Performance Bonus

• In office during probation, hybrid options available provided performance targets met
• Regular office hours: 8:30am – 5pm, flexible hours available provided performance targets met

Target & Performance Expectations
