  • Support accounts payable by reviewing invoice exceptions and collaborating with Finance, Operations, and vendors to resolve pricing, quantity, receipt, shortage, freight, and damaged-goods discrepancies promptly.
  • Track and follow up on vendor performance, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, responsiveness, pricing, and compliance with contract terms; escalate recurring issues to Product Strategy as appropriate.
  • Provide responsive customer service by investigating order, delivery, return, and warranty concerns, coordinating solutions with vendors and internal teams, and minimizing disruption to customers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate purchasing, vendor, receiving, and invoice records in accordance with UFA standard operating procedures, internal controls, and business processes.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required, with a consistent focus on customer service, vendor accountability, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy.
