We’re currently hiring for a Purchasing Manager for our Supply Chain department. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services while upholding the highest standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability. You’ll develop and execute procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team, all while driving innovation and ethical sourcing across our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to build strong, long-term partnerships
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to uncover cost-saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business goals
  • Oversee RFPs, purchase orders, and contract management processes
  • Manage procurement budgets and ensure value for money
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
  • Implement risk management strategies across the supply chain
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPSM, CIPS, CSCP) preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
  • Proven success in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
  • Strong grasp of sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
  • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Deep understanding of procurement laws and industry regulations
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable
  • Commitment to sustainable sourcing and supplier diversity
