Responsibilities
- Collate Purchase Requisitions for materials ordering.
- Issue PO to Supplier or Vendors.
- Review inventories according to orders required.
- Handle all IN/OUT bound documents and permits for overseas.
- Review Suppliers & Vendors' deliveries against PO daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Collate Purchase Requisitions for materials ordering;
- Issue PO to Supplier or Vendors;
- Review inventories according to orders required;
- Responsible for handling all IN/OUT bound documents and permit for overseas;
- Review Suppliers & Vendors deliveries against PO on daily Basis;
- Handle CN from Supplier;
- Work closely with accounts for payment;
- Manage FA and Non FA Goods Administration to Finance;
- Handle all paper work related to Purchasing or tasks given by HOD.
Requirements
- ITE, N-Level, O level or 2-3 years experience in Engineering or Construction Business Enviourments Purchase matters;
- Experience in shipping will be a added advantage;
- Well-organized and detailed oriented professional;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft. Eg- Excel ,Words.
