To support its growth, we are looking for an experienced Purchasing Director who will optimize procurement processes and build strong business relationships with suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evolve the purchasing strategy to support the company's growth
• Manage the purchasing team and ensure its professional development
• Negotiate agreements with national and international suppliers
• Ensure product availability while optimizing costs and inventory levels
• Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to improve processes
• Work closely with the sales, operations, and logistics teams
• Conduct market intelligence and identify new sourcing opportunities

What we are looking for

• 10 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 5 years in distribution (ideally)
• Training in management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong negotiation and team management skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and best practices in purchasing management
• Results-oriented, engaging leadership, excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written)
