A leading manufacturing company in London, Ontario, is seeking a Purchasing Analyst for a permanent position to support the launch of a new factory. This role involves managing purchase orders, ensuring documentation accuracy, and coordinating procurement activities while working within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We’re currently looking for an Purchasing Analyst for a permanent position within a growing manufacturing environment in London, Ontario.
This role supports the launch of a new factory in the medical manufacturing sector. The person will report directly to the Site President and play a key operational role in purchasing administration. You’ll be joining a dynamic, project-oriented environment, with collaborative cross-functional teams.
Ensure all purchase orders are entered, tracked, and updated in Dynamics 365 Business Central
Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure accounting receives all required paperwork
Monitor purchase status, coordinate with internal teams, and support operations with timely follow-ups
Organize purchasing records and maintain system data integrity
Assist with reporting and data analysis related to procurement activities
3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement coordination
Hands-on experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (an asset)
Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus, but not required
