We’re currently looking for an Purchasing Analyst for a permanent position within a growing manufacturing environment in London, Ontario.

Work Environment


This role supports the launch of a new factory in the medical manufacturing sector. The person will report directly to the Site President and play a key operational role in purchasing administration. You’ll be joining a dynamic, project-oriented environment, with collaborative cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities


  • Ensure all purchase orders are entered, tracked, and updated in Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure accounting receives all required paperwork

  • Monitor purchase status, coordinate with internal teams, and support operations with timely follow-ups

  • Organize purchasing records and maintain system data integrity

  • Assist with reporting and data analysis related to procurement activities


What You Bring


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement coordination

  • Hands-on experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (an asset)

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus, but not required
