The Purchasing & Accounts Payable Specialist role is primarily responsible for providing local expertise and support for accounts payable and some purchasing activities. The specialist is expected to work closely with BPO, FSS, Local Indirect Spend Requestors (SRM users), and the Supervisor of Accounting Services to work through the financial close process, producing financial statements in accordance with AbbVie's policies and procedures, US and CDN GAAP.
