Job description

Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to oversee vendor relationships and ensure strong performance.

Work alongside the Culinary team to identify and assess potential suppliers and products in line with brand needs.

Manage RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for assigned categories.

Perform pricing analyses to support informed purchasing decisions.

Negotiate, oversee, and administer contracts related to food, equipment, and services.

Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for savings and reduce pricing risks.

Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan by maintaining accurate cost data and providing regular updates for forecasting purposes.

Maintain open, solution-focused communication across departments to address needs and resolve challenges.

Raise any critical issues or concerns to executive leadership in a timely, constructive manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement.

Background in hospitality, restaurants, or franchising is considered a strong asset.

Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities independently.

Strong analytical thinker, capable of interpreting budgets and market data to spot opportunities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Completed university degree or college diploma in a related area, ideally supply chain management or similar.

Professional designation in supply chain or procurement is an advantage.
