Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Procurement: Oversee the full procurement cycle, from material requisition to order placement, delivery, and receiving.
  2. Material Sourcing: Purchase renovation and construction materials (e.g., framing, finishes, fixtures, tools) from approved vendors while ensuring quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
  3. Order Accuracy: Verify all purchase orders for quantity, pricing, and specifications before submission; confirm accuracy upon delivery.
  4. Receiving & Inspection: Receive materials at our main warehouse ensuring accuracy, damage, and compliance with order details.
  5. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with Project support leads to organize and manage transportation and delivery of materials across multiple project sites nationwide, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics.
  6. Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers; regularly assess performance and negotiate favorable terms.
  7. Inventory Management: Coordinate with warehouse and site teams to monitor material usage, track inventory levels, and avoid overstocking or shortages.
  8. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  9. Cost Control: Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets, track expenditures, and obtain and compare quotes to secure best pricing, availability, and delivery terms.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in purchasing and logistics, preferably within the construction or renovation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
