Job Summary : As the key link between the Little Burgundy buying and supply chain teams, the Purchase Order (PO) Administrator serves as the company’s primary point of entry. Members of the department work closely with the suppliers daily and act as a liaison between the suppliers and the Little Burgundy Buying & Merchandising team.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Report directly to the Director of Merchandising, working daily with Buyer & Ass. Buyer
  • Set up styles in Jesta
  • Create official purchase orders in Jesta
  • Email vendors all purchase orders in PDF form
  • Process adjustments to purchase orders in Jesta
  • Email vendors modifications to purchase orders
  • Follow up on delivery of orders with vendors
  • Approve shipment deliveries (routing requests)
  • Review logistics routing reports daily and report to buyers as needed
  • Maintain filing of original and historical purchase orders

Education / Experience :

  • College or university degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Requirements :
