Punch Machine Operator

Responsibilities

Install and configure programs on the machine's computer. Prepare and calibrate the necessary tools. Check the accuracy of metal parts and make adjustments if needed. Start production after performing all necessary checks. Load metal sheets into the machine. Maintain and clean the machine regularly. Keep the workspace clean. Manage material usage and inventory. Participate in inventory counts and inspect the quality of received materials. Complete quality-related documentation (ISO). Organize finished parts for shipping. Be available to assist colleagues when needed.

Knowledgeable about the Amada punch press. Autonomous and well-organized. Detail-oriented, versatile, and adaptable. Able to work well in a team.

Experience

Professional Studies Diploma (DEP) in Sheet Metal Work or equivalent. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
