Job summary

Essential Coil Well Services, a division of Element Technical Services, is seeking Operators for the Fluid Pumping division at Grande Prairie and Red Deer locations. The role involves operating pumping equipment to support well servicing with coiled tubing units and transporting equipment between sites.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Class 1 license, safety certifications, and are willing to work extended periods away from home.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's License with good driving record.
• H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, ODA, CSO preferred.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical fitness assessment and drug screen.
• Able to work away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumping equipment to perform well servicing alongside continuous coiled tubing units.
• Drive specialized well services equipment to and from location.
• Rig in and out.
• Operate assigned equipment during treatment.
• Recognize equipment malfunctions and correct them as necessary.
• Perform general preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Maintain equipment to above industry standards.
• Monitor well control parameters and calculations before and during job applications.
• Assemble and prepare equipment for installation and service, perform pre- and post- job equipment inspections.
• Blend or prepare chemicals for various job procedures.
• Operate with a safety-first mindset.
