The Opportunity :

Red River Coop is hiring Gas Bar Pump Attendants and Cashiers at our Kenora, Ontario location. These positions report directly to the Gas Bar Manager.

We offer competitive pay of $23/hour, a $500 signing bonus, a $500 retention bonus after 6 months, benefits, and matched pension contributions. We also support ongoing professional development, including up to 100% reimbursement for postsecondary courses.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Educating customers and staff about Red River Coop membership benefits and encouraging sign-ups.
• Keeping the convenience store stocked and tidy.
• Operating fuel pumps and filling vehicle tanks with gasoline or diesel.
• Assisting with propane filling and exchanges.
• Washing windshields and checking fluid levels.
• Operating a cash register, processing payments, and giving change.
• Following legal requirements for lottery and tobacco sales.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, including equipment and display case sanitation.
• Reporting hazards and following safety procedures.
• Preventing theft and unauthorized removal of merchandise or fuel.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
