Job summary

Valmet is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive automation sales in the Pulp and Paper Industry across Western USA and Canada. You will develop strategic initiatives, build strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive background and proven experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to engage customers at multiple levels.
• Experience in a matrix organization and independent sales roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory; occasional support elsewhere.
• Valid driver's license required.
